About Speakerclean

Speakerclean is an independent collection of free browser tools for speaker troubleshooting. Our aim is simple: make a useful listening check easy to start, and explain its limits clearly.

What we make

The water eject tool creates a short low-frequency sweep. The speaker test routes a tone to left, right or both audio channels. The tone generator provides manual frequency and waveform controls.

How we describe results

We do not claim that a completed timer means water has been removed. We have not run controlled wet-phone trials, and we do not publish invented success rates or health scores. Our guides distinguish the tool's behavior from manufacturer advice and uncertain cleaning claims.

Independent by design

Speakerclean is not affiliated with Apple, Samsung, Google or Clean Wave. Product names identify the devices or products being discussed. Where guidance depends on a manufacturer's instructions, we link to that source.

Privacy and access

No account, payment or microphone access is needed. Cleaning and test tones are generated on your device. Optional browser speech may use a system service. Read the privacy notice for details.

Editorial approach

Guides include their publication and modification dates and supporting sources. These dates refer to actual content changes, not an automatic daily refresh. Follow your manufacturer's current instructions if they differ from a general guide.
